Process Invention. Any Invention, other than an API Invention, that relates exclusively to the Evonik Background IP or relates to developing, formulating, manufacturing filling, processing, packaging, analyzing or testing pharmaceutical products generally, but not including Customer's Background IP or API Inventions.
