Process

Process. Or "Processing" means, as applicable, manufacturing, handling, storing, analyzing, testing, filling, finishing, packaging, inspecting, labeling, and preparing for shipment of Product (as applicable) by Corden pursuant to this Agreement and/or Product Addendum, but excludes any optimization and/or improvement of the processes unrelated to the Product.

Process. Shall mean the process by which Biopure shall manufacture the Product, as determined by Biopure from time to time.

Process. Or "Processing", as the context requires, shall mean the services provided by PPS hereunder, such as bulk drug formulation, sterile filtration, aseptic filling, inspecting and testing of the Product, in strict conformance with the Process Specifications.

Process. Shall mean any process which is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired claim of a Jointly Owned Patent or a pending claim of a Jointly Owned Patent Application.

Process. Shall mean any process which is covered in whole or in part by an issued, unexpired claim or pending claim contained in the Patent Rights.

Process. Shall mean a microbial fermentation process to produce a chemical from syngas […***…].

Process. Means the commercial process employing the anionic exchange column steps and final endotoxin removal step developed by Cubist for the production of Product attached to this Agreement as Exhibit C.

Process. Means any process employed in the production of Product the practice of which, absent a grant of the license set forth herein, would constitute infringement of a Valid Claim in any of the Licensed Patents. [**].

Process. The pharmaceutical manufacturing procedures, or any part thereof, involved in manufacturing the Product in accordance with the Master Batch Record

Process. Any process or method whose practice in any country would, but for this Agreement, comprise an infringement, including contributory infringement, of one or more Valid Claims. As used herein, the term "use" with respect to a Process includes the performance or practice of Process(es).
