Processing Facility. Any processing facility chosen by NY – SHI to process the Product from the NY Hemp Depot. It may include, but shall not be limited to, the processing facility in Pueblo, Colorado (known as the "Monster"), the machinery of which is owned and operated by or on behalf of MHL and the real property on which the machinery is located is owned by or on behalf of SHI Farms
