PRODUCER

PRODUCER. Is a duly licensed individual who sells Products as an employee or independent contractor of Agency and who is appropriately registered with the NASD and licensed and appointed in accordance with all applicable insurance laws; this definition includes, as applicable, a licensed assistant, who is appropriately registered with the NASD and who assists Producer in providing services for Products.
