Product Invention

Example Definitions of "Product Invention"
Product Invention. Means any patentable Improvement to a Product (excluding any Gallus Technology) discovered by Gallus, its employees, agents, consultants or contractors, exclusively as a result of performing the Services under this Agreement.
Product Invention. Means any Technology specific [***] the Product [***] proprietary to Asterias, but excluding potential uses or applications that are general-purpose in nature or applicable to dendritic cell products generally[***] except, in all cases, if general-purpose in nature or applicable to dendritic cell products generally[***] in such combinations and amounts as are specific to the Product, [***] specific to the Product [***].
Product Invention. Means any Invention that specifically relates to the Product (including relating to the Components or to the composition or utility of the Bulk Drug Substance or the Product) and that is developed, conceived, or reduced to practice by or on behalf of Client or Catalent in the performance of the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, a Product Invention shall include Inventions made by or on behalf of Catalent, by or on behalf of Client, or jointly by or on behalf of Catalent and Client.
