PRODUCT LIABILITY

PRODUCT LIABILITY. Shall mean, with respect to any product produced or sold by any Party, any liability or obligation arising from any claim for personal injury, consumer redress, death, property damage or other losses or damages under a product liability, tort or other theory of liability, including, without limitation, any common law, statutory or equitable cause of action; and any liability or obligation for the recall, servicing, modification or enhancement of any Product.
