PRODUCT LICENSE APPLICATION. Or "PLA" shall mean the Japanese equivalent of a Product License Application, as defined in the U.S. Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and the regulations promulgated thereunder, and any corresponding foreign application, registration or certification in the Territory.
