Product or Products

Product or Products. Shall mean either one or more of the devices meeting the specifications set forth in Schedule A ("Product Specifications") and Schedule B ("Product Drawings"), which are attached hereto and made part of this Agreement. Product or Products. Shall mean AMBIOMED-labeled products listed on Exhibit A attached hereto. Changes to Exhibit A are subject to mutual agreement between the Parties. AMBIOMED is authorized to include subsequent generations and/or developments of Products without Distributor's approval, provided that the prices remain unchanged. AMBIOMED will provide written notice to Distributor if any such subsequent generations and/or developments of Products are made.

Shall mean those computer software product lines of Riverdeep consisting of the individual SKU's for such lines listed on Exhibit A, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.6 and 2.7; provided however, that any Consent-Required Product shall not constitute a Product hereunder until Riverdeep notifies Distributor that it has received the corresponding Third Party Consent therefor, whereupon the same shall constitute a Product hereunder.... Product or Products. Shall mean any product (or component thereof) the making, use, sale, offer for sale, importation of which, but for the license granted herein, would constitute an infringement (whether direct, contributory or inducing) of any Valid Claim of a Patent. Product or Products shall include any therapeutic products discovered or developed, in whole or in part, through use of any Patents.

Product or Products. Means those RIM hardware and software ("BlackBerry Software") products as indicated in Schedule A. Use of any Product is specifically limited to use in accordance with this Agreement.
