Product Patents. All Patents owned or controlled by either Party, and disclosing and claiming products, processes or a method of treatment employing, or which includes or consists of, a Collaboration Compound(s) or Product(s), as the case may be, together with any and all Patents that may issue or have issued therefrom in the applicable countries.
