Product Specification

Product Specification. Shall mean the written description of a Product which NMT will manufacture for Bard hereunder, including a description of its technical and performance specifications, together with all related plans and drawings. NMT has transferred and sold to Bard the Product Specifications for each of the Products pursuant to the Purchase Agreement. 1
