Product Technology
Product Technology. Means all Technology owned by Occam and provided by Occam to Tellabs during the term of this Agreement that is embodied in a BLC Product or that directly or indirectly relates to a BLC Product or to the manufacture, marketing, distribution, sale, or support of a BLC Product, including the original Technology Deliverables and updated Technology Deliverables provided by Occam.

Product Technology. Means, for each Product, all properties, specifications, research, technology and formulations relating to Product, including know-how, stability data analytical methods, manufacturing processes and other relevant information.
