Example Definitions of "Product Trademarks"
Product Trademarks. Means any trademarks, trade dress, logos, slogans, and designs, whether or not registered in the Territory, used to identify or promote a Product in the Territory, but excluding any Licensee Trademarks or POZEN Trademarks.
