Product Trademarks. Means all United States and foreign jurisdiction trademarks, trade names, corporate names, company names, business names, fictitious business names, trade styles, service marks, logos and other source or business identifiers of the Grantor that are now owned by the Grantor or are acquired by the Grantor during the term of this Patent and Trademark Security Agreement, whether currently in use or not, and are adopted solely for use in conjunction with the sale of the Product in the Territory,... including, without limitation, those listed on Exhibit B and the goodwill associated therewith, all registrations and recordings thereof.
