Product

Product. Shall mean a pharmaceutical product comprising or containing a Drug Candidate, or any analog or derivative of any such Drug Candidate, including, in each case, all formulations, line extensions and modes of administration thereof.

Product. Means (a) with respect to Abbott, Intracellular Products and (b) with respect to ICOS, Excluded Products, Extracellular Products and Intracellular Products.

Product. The products listed on the attached EXHIBIT A, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. IWAV may change or abandon the Products from time to time during the term of this Agreement, upon 60 days written notice to UTStarcom, and by providing a new EXHIBIT A to UTStarcom.

Product. Means any tangible or intangible asset or good, other than an Energy Product traded on the Electronic Energy Marketplace or any derivative thereof, including futures contracts and options on futures contracts involving Energy Products traded on the Electronic Energy Marketplace, and other than a product traded in a marketplace involving a Gaming Business or an Unrelated Dealer Business.

Product. Any one of the various agricultural fertilizer materials as listed on Exhibit "A" of this Agreement.

Product. Shall mean of any product for use in the Field that contains the Compound, or any structurally related analogs thereof whose therapeutic effect in the Field is discovered after the Effective Date, as an active ingredient.

Product. Shall mean all ophthalmic formulations of any product for use in the Field that contains the Compound as an active ingredient, the manufacture, use or sale of which either is: (i) based upon, derived from or related to any of the Know-how; and/or (ii) covered by one or more Licensed Claims and, but for this Agreement, would constitute an infringement (whether directly, contributorily or by inducement) thereof.

Product. Shall mean any system which consists of Finished Product and the Delivery System or Finished Product for use with standard nebulizers, for use in the Field, the manufacture, use or sale of which either is: (i) based upon, derived from or related to any of the Know-how; and/or (ii) covered by one or more Licensed Claims and, but for this Agreement, would constitute an infringement (whether directly, contributorily or by inducement) thereof.

Product. Shall mean the copyrighted and/or patented StarTek Pacific software products, including Product Components, StarTek Pacific software, and any associated documentation, packaging and other written materials, including, where applicable, the specified user documentation, which StarTek Pacific may request Mentor Media to Manufacture pursuant to this Agreement, by the issuance of a purchase order .

Product. Shall mean the electronic assemblies for the Messenger or Freestyle systems as described in Exhibit C.
