Products and Services

Products and Services. All products and services offered, planned, researched, developed, tested, sold, licensed, marketed or otherwise provided by BKF and/or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates during the Employee's employment.

Products and Services. All products or services sold, rented, leased, rendered or otherwise made available to its customers by the Company and its Subsidiaries, or otherwise the subject of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Products and Services. Means the equipment, products, supplies, and services available pursuant to the Vendor Contracts.

Products and Services. Shall mean the products and services of the Parties and their Subsidiaries in the Territory.

Products and Services. All products or services sold, rented, leased, rendered or otherwise made available to its customers by the Company and its Affiliates, or otherwise the subject of the business of the Company and its Affiliates.

Products and Services. Means (i) snack foods and (ii) the products and/or services offered by the Company or its Affiliates at the time of, or during the 12 month period prior to, the Termination Date.

Products and Services. Means the products, supplies, equipment and services available to Premier Members through Premier Program Contracts.

Products and Services. Means the product, supplies, materials, dietary products, pharmaceuticals, equipment and services, including distribution services, available pursuant to the Vendor Contracts specified in Exhibit D hereto or as amended.

Products and Services. Means products and services sold by or on behalf of Licensee that (i) are, or are derived from, the Purchased Assets, (ii) are related to or derived from the Business, (iii) are sold by way of the Licensed Intellectual Property, or (iv) are sold as or under Sub-brands.

Products and Services. Means all products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company or any of its Affiliates, together with all services provided or planned by the Company or any of its Affiliates, during the Executive's employment.
