Products. Mean all products planned, researched, developed, tested, manufactured, sold, licensed, leased or otherwise distributed or put into use by the Company, ESP or any of their Subsidiaries, together with all services provided or planned by the Company, ESP or any of their Subsidiaries, during the Executive's employment with the Company, ESP or any of their Subsidiaries (including prior to the Effective Date).
