Professional Claims

Professional Claims. Means and refers to the claims of all Persons for compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses under Bankruptcy Code § § 330 or 331 or entitled to the priorities established pursuant to Bankruptcy Code § § 503(b)(2), (b) (3), (b)(4), or (b)(5), including, without limitation, the claims of Professional Persons for compensation for services rendered and reimbursement of expenses.
