Professional Fee Claims

Professional Fee Claims. A claim against either of Centers or Holdings for: (i) any cost or expense of administration of the Bankruptcy Cases asserted or arising under sections 503 or 507(a)(2) of the Bankruptcy Code for compensation or reimbursement of expenses of the Debtors' and Committee's professionals to the extent allowed by the Bankruptcy Court under sections 330(a) or 331 of the Bankruptcy Code.
