Professional Services. The Services described in a Statement of Work.
Professional Services. Shall mean services requested by Customer and rendered by AgencyPort on a time and materials basis (initially $ * per hour, as may be increased to match any increase in the Consumer Price Index) which are outside of the scope of Development Services, as set forth in Exhibit B.
