Profit Shares

Profit Shares. The number of shares of Stock acquired pursuant to the exercise of an Option (or Reload Option) having a Fair Market Value on the date of exercise equal to the excess of the aggregate Fair Market Value of the Stock purchased upon exercise of such Option (or Reload Option) over the aggregate Exercise Price of such Option (or Reload Option).
