Program Agreements

Program Agreements. Means, collectively, the Servicing Agreement, if any, the Servicer Notice, if any, the Custodial Agreement, this Agreement, the Disbursement Agreement, the Electronic Tracking Agreement, if entered into and, with respect to each Exception Mortgage Loan, a Purchase Confirmation.

Program Agreements. This Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, the Guaranty Agreement, the Loan Origination Agreement, and the Deposit and Security Agreement, all as may be hereinafter amended and including all Exhibits and Schedules thereto, including without limitation the Program Guidelines.
