Program Antibody

Program Antibody. A Licensed Antibody that is identified in, and is being Developed, Manufactured or Commercialized by Incyte under, a Development Plan or Commercialization Plan hereunder as of the Effective Date or any time during the Term including any Backup Licensed Antibody for each Program. A complete list of Program Antibodies as of the Amendment Date is provided in [********], which, for avoidance of doubt, will be deemed to be Antibodies and not Multispecific Antibodies.
