Program Patents. All Patents owned or Controlled by either Party or both Parties that are directed to, and claim an invention that is, Program Know-How. For clarity, Program Patents only includes Patents owned or Controlled by either Party or both Parties after the Effective Date, and does not include Patents owned or Controlled by a Party as of the Effective Date.
