PROGRAM-PERIOD

PROGRAM-PERIOD. A period of one (1) year from the EFFECTIVE DATE, and shall thereafter automatically be renewed for another one (1) years unless it is terminated by either PARTY by giving to the other PARTY six (6) months' prior written notice with effect as of end of a calendar year, with an allover maximum period of four (4) years.
