Programs. The computer software, consisting of the Compaq Software and TCS Software, including all Maintenance Modifications and Enhancements thereto.

Programs. Shall mean certain routines, object and source codes, specifications, flowcharts and other material and documentation, together with all information data and know-how, alterations, corrections, improvements and upgrades thereto.
