Prohibited Entity

Prohibited Entity. Means (1) any entity located, organized, or headquartered in a DOE Country of Risk; (2) a Foreign Entity of a DOE Country of Risk; (3) a Subsidiary (at any level) of a Foreign Entity of a DOE Country of Risk; (4) any entity Controlled or Influenced by a Foreign Entity of a DOE Country of Risk; (5) any entity sanctioned or violating sanctions imposed by OFAC; (6) any entity on the (i) Office of Foreign Assets Control Specially Designated Nations List, (ii) Bureau of Industry and Security's...
