Prohibited Use. Each of the following uses: a factory, processing or rendering plant, massage parlor, peep show store, head shop store, topless or strip club, adult book or video store (which shall mean a store which primarily sells or offers for sale sexually explicit printed materials, audio or video tapes, or sexual devices), or flea market.
