PROJECT BOUNDARIES. The boundaries of the Project on the Eagle Mountain Property as described in EXHIBIT "B", as such boundaries may be reasonably updated by KEM from time to time in connection with the development, construction, operation and maintenance of the Project as approved by the Federal Regulatory Commission.
