Project Charter

Project Charter. A separate document substantially in the form set out on Exhibit A pursuant to which the Project is carried out. The Parties acknowledge that Exhibit A attached hereto is for illustration purposes only, and is not to be deemed a Project Charter and does not establish a Project for purposes of this Agreement.
