Project Consultants

Project Consultants. The third party consultants, contractors and service providers for the Project, including the General Contractor, which have been or shall be engaged pursuant to Section 4(d). All Project Consultants listed on Exhibit 3 are hereby approved by Owner. Any future Project Consultant retained by Solomon shall be approved by Owner in accordance with Section 4(d).
