Project Inventions

Project Inventions. Any and all inventions, improvements, discoveries, developments, original works of authorship, trade secrets, or other Technology conceived, developed and/or reduced to practice, whether in whole or in part, by Sicor in the performance of the activities contemplated by this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement,

Project Inventions. Means any Invention arising out of or relating to the Services performed by COOK under this Agreement and/or the use of CLIENT Materials. For the avoidance of doubt, a Project Invention shall include Inventions made solely by employees of COOK, CLIENT or jointly by such employees.
