Project IPR

Project IPR. Means, subject to the OraSure Background IPR and Roche Background IPR, any and all Intellectual Property Rights conceived, invented, developed or authored (including all such rights in and to Developments) in connection with the Project by any Party, whether alone or together with the other Party, from the time of the commencement of the Project and through the termination of this Agreement.
