Project Technology. Project Technology. All inventions, ideas and improvements, whether or not patentable, know-how, trade secrets, copyrights and modifications that are produced, conceived or first actually or constructively reduced to practice in the course of the work performed pursuant to this Agreement by employees or agents of the Parties or that are in any way related to the Project, except the Background Technology and Background Intellectual Property.
