Projections

Projections. Means the pro forma financial projections for the Reorganized Debtor for the period September 2007 through August 2008, attached to the Disclosure Statement as EXHIBIT B.

Projections. Means a Borrower's forecasted: (a) balance sheets, (b) profit and loss statements, and (c) cash flow statements, each on a periodic basis and with such other detail as the Bank may require and prepared in accordance with the same principles as used in preparing the financial statements of the Borrowers under Section 6 hereof.

Projections. Revenue and profit forecasts of the Company, which shall be prepared in good faith by the Company (and which shall be the sole responsibility of the Company to prepare) and approved in writing by a Majority In Interest
