Projects

Projects. Means the two new glucose monitoring systems -------- (including the Gainor Components) being developed by TheraSense, currently referred to as *** and ***, as more particularly described in the Recitals above and in the Project Plan.

Projects. Means, collectively, the agglomeration facilities individually owned by each of the Licensees.

Projects. Shall mean each property identified on Exhibit A attached hereto, including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances thereto.
