Example Definitions of "Promissory Note"
Promissory Note. The promissory note contemporaneously executed by the Grantee and delivered to the Company in payment of the Purchase Price.
Promissory Note. Means a promissory note executed by a Participant in favor of the Company for the full amount of the purchase price of Shares purchased pursuant to a Stock Purchase Loan Agreement, including interest for the term of the Loan.
Promissory Note. Means a promissory note(s) documenting the Loan or each Loan and executed by Airship contemporaneously with the Loan. The Promissory Note for the Loan is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A which is incorporated herein by this reference.
Promissory Note. Shall have the meaning set forth in the Code.

Promissory Note. (1) That promissory note between Seller as Lender and Purchaser as Borrower dated July 1, 2004 in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($300,000.00) Dollars; and, (2) A promissory note between Seller as Lender and Purchaser as Borrower in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Thousand and 00/100 ($300,000.00) Dollars if the total purchase price under the Business Transfer Agreement is not paid in full by November 12, 2004.
Promissory Note. Means all Promissory Note(s) as that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC;
