Promissory Notes. As that term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC
Promissory Notes. The following terms which are defined in Article 9 are used herein as so defined: Accessions, Accounts, Chattel Paper, Commercial Tort Claims, Deposit Accounts, Documents, Equipment, General Intangibles, Goods, Instruments, Inventory, Investment Property, Letters of Credit, Letter-of-Credit Rights, Payment Intangibles, Proceeds, Promissory Notes, Software and Supporting Obligations.
Promissory Notes. Shall have the same respective meanings as are given to those terms in the UCC as presently in effect in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, if not otherwise defined in this Agreement.
Promissory Notes. Collectively any and all instruments or other agreements evidencing, securing or otherwise pertaining to the Aggregate Debt (including without limitation the AM Notes, the Overland Notes and the Breslow Notes).
