Property Agreements. To the extent assignable, all other agreements, such as construction contracts, architects' agreements, engineers' contracts, utility contracts, maintenance agreements, management agreements, service contracts, permits, licenses, certificates and entitlements in any way relating to the development, construction, use, occupancy, operation, maintenance, enjoyment, acquisition or ownership of the Mortgaged Property

Property Agreements. All service contracts, equipment leases and any other leases with respect to the Property in which Seller or Seller's agent is a party, to the extent assignable, and other contracts pertaining to the operation, leasing, advertising, management, maintenance or repair of the Property.
