Property Amendment. An amendment to this Agreement describing a parcel of real estate and an Improvement thereon (or, in the case of construction management services provided pursuant to Section 2.6, an Improvement or a planned Improvement, as the case may be) and describing the services to be provided by Manager to Owner or an Owner JV under this Agreement.
