PROPERTY COMMON AREA. The common areas of the PROPERTY, consisting of those areas intended for the non-exclusive use for all tenants of the PROPERTY and their agents, employees, invitees and licensees in common with LANDLORD and other parties including, but not limited to, the sidewalks, walkways, driveways, landscaped areas and parking lots being referred to.
