Property Damage

Property Damage. Means (i) physical injury to (including contamination of) or destruction of tangible property, including any resulting loss of use or diminution in value; or (ii) loss of use of tangible property that has not been physically injured or destroyed, but not diminution in value of such property. "Property Damage" does not include "Remediation Costs."
