Proportionate Combined Loan Share. Shall mean, with respect to any date of determination, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the Principal Amount of this Note and the denominator of which is the sum of the principal amounts of this Note, Second Mezzanine Note A-2, the Mortgage Notes, the Senior Mezzanine Notes and the Junior Mezzanine Notes.
