Proposal. Means any agreement, arrangement, offer or proposal (including a letter of intent, term sheet, form of definitive agreement or definitive agreement) for a Sale Event.

Proposal. Proposal shall mean the proposal submitted by the Parties to the Advanced Technology Program, and which has been accepted by NIST for funding.
