Proposals

Proposals. Means proposals and quotations submitted by CMO to LMI and mutually accepted by both Parties in writing, copies of which shall be attached hereto and shall be automatically deemed incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between the Proposal(s) and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

Proposals. The Adjournment Proposal, the Authorized Shares Proposal and the Stock Issuance Proposal, in each case on substantially the same terms as described to the Stockholder as of the date hereof and consistent with the terms and conditions set forth in the TSA (as may be amended, modified or supplemented pursuant to the terms thereof).
