Proprietary Materials

Proprietary Materials. Shall mean any tangible materials, whether biological, chemical, physical, or otherwise, that one party (the "PROVIDER") furnishes to the other party (the "RECIPIENT") under this Agreement and designates as proprietary or confidential including, without limitation all ArQule Compounds and Sankyo Compounds.

Proprietary Materials. Means all tangible materials furnished by Synta, all materials developed by Consultant as a result of rendering the Consulting Services and all materials, the cost of which are reimbursed to Consultant by Synta hereunder. Proprietary Materials. Any proprietary Materials other than Project Materials that are furnished by one party (the "Supplier") to the other party (the "Recipient") in connection with performance of the Research Project.

Proprietary Materials. Means all inventions, discoveries and ideas (whether patentable or copyrightable or not), and all works and materials, including but not limited to, products, tools, devices, computer programs, source codes, processes, procedures, texts, designs, drawings, documentation, engineering materials, specifications, data or other information, in preliminary or final form, and on any media whatsoever, owned or controlled (by license or otherwise) by a Party.

Proprietary Materials. Means Materials that contain, convey, or embody Proprietary Information.
