ProRata Bonus

ProRata Bonus. The product of (i) the Bonus Amount and (ii) the number of days elapsed in such year preceding the date of termination divided by 365.

ProRata Bonus. Shall mean an amount equal to a pro rata portion of the cash incentive award for the year of termination based on the degree to which the applicable Company-based financial performance metrics for the year of termination were satisfied, and assuming target achievement of any performance metrics related to individual performance. 4

ProRata Bonus. Means a bonus under the Annual Incentive Plan for the year in which the Termination Date occurs, based upon the number of months of employment during the Plan Year in which the Participant worked fifteen (15) days or more that is earned based on the current plan year administrative guidelines for the Company's Annual Incentive Plan.

ProRata Bonus. "Pro-Rata Bonus" shall mean an amount equal to the Bonus Amount multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of days in the fiscal year through the Termination Date and the denominator of which is 365.

ProRata Bonus.
