Prosecution History Files. All files, documents and tangible things, as those terms have been interpreted pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 34, constituting, comprising or relating to investigation, evaluation, prosecution, filing and registration of the Seller Patents, and specifically includes e-mail messages and other electronic or computer stored or generated data.
