Prospective Supplier

Prospective Supplier. Shall mean any individual, business, or entity with whom Employee had business contact with and from whom Employee sought to obtain products or services from on behalf of the Company in the final twelve (12) months of Employee's employment. Suppliers or Prospective Suppliers include, but are not limited to, consultants, vendors, factories, and mills.
