Example Definitions of "Prospectus"
Prospectus. Shall mean the final prospectus supplement, dated March 21, 2006, relating to the Securities, as filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) after the Execution Time, together with the Basic Prospectus.
Prospectus. The statutory final prospectus that discloses the terms of the offering of the Units and otherwise satisfies Section 10(a) of the Act that was filed pursuant to Rule 424(b) at or prior to the Execution Time, together with any prospectus supplement subsequently filed thereto.
