Protected Curtailment

Protected Curtailment. Any reduction by Radian to some portion of a claim on a Subject Loan based on alleged servicing-related conduct of a servicer other than the Insureds. For avoidance of doubt, a Protected Curtailment shall not be considered a Curtailment under the Transaction Agreements
