Protected Period

Example Definitions of "Protected Period"
Protected Period. The meaning prescribed for such term in the Change in Control Agreement.
Protected Period. The term 'Protected Period' means the two-year period following a Change in Control.
Protected Period. The twenty-four (24) month period following the consummation of a Change in Control, or, if longer, the period following a Change in Control that ends on the day after the third anniversary of the Commencement Date.
